As a new organization and a new leader, I was completely stressed out before I hired Emily, Cara, and her team. E412 Consulting helped me discover the full vision of Produce for Heroes and where and when to focus first. Having a team to aid with strategizing was tremendously helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a blessing to me.

“I have worked with Emily for over a year and have had an incredibly positive experience…. She shows genuine concern for me as a person and I have come to consider her a trusted friend… You couldn’t ask for a better advocate in your corner or partner on your path.”

Jennifer Winnett Denniston, Former Client

E412 Consulting has been such a help to my small nonprofit. Emily Olson’s approach is holistic — taking account of not only the health and wellbeing of the organization, but also the staff. Emily and her team are impressively knowledgeable of the sector and offer smart, actionable resources and solutions to our specific needs. I love working with this team.

In the past, I’ve been disappointed when hiring a coach, so I was hesitant to try the process again. The best part about working with Emily, though, was how she helped make it easy for me to be vulnerable in our individual sessions. After working with her, I gained a sense of clarity and discernment.
